Raw Banana and Peanut Butter Brownies
These are super gooey, chocolatey and so delicious. Once you have had a bite, its really hard to stop! The little ones will LOVE them!
MAKES 6-8 PEICES
17 Medjool Dates (250g)
½ cup Cacao (50g)
1 ½ cup Ground Almond (135g)
2 tablespoon Peanut Butter (80g)
6 tablespoon Maple syrup
¾ cup peanuts (100g)
Generous pinch of sea salt
1 large banana (make sure it is ripe)
4 tablespoons peanut butter
8 Medjool dates (120g)
Pinch of sea salt
Add all of the brownie ingredients into the food processor and blend until fully combined. There should be some large chunks of peanut throughout the mixture.
Place this into a lined baking tray and place in the fridge to firm up whilst you make the frosting
Put all of the frosting ingredients into the food processor and blitz until you have a thick caramel frosting.
Spread this over the brownie and then place back in the fridge to set.
Decorate them however you like, we recommend lots of peanut butter and extra chocolate sauce, yum!
