Peanut Butter and Banana Flapjacks

Serves 9 Flapjacks

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ6x36g packets of Quaker Oats porridge- apple and blueberry or plain - You can get gluten free!
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ6/7 nutless prunes
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ2 heaped scoops of chocolate protein powder (I use Gold Standard Peanut Butter flavour)
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Big squeeze of honey
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ1 mashed banana
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ10ml Skimmed/Almond or any milk you like

Method:
πŸ‘‰πŸΌMix all the dry ingredients in a bowl (oats, sliced 🍌, sliced prunes, squeeze of honey, 2 tbsp protein powder)
πŸ‘‰πŸΌAdd to a separate bowl (2 heaped table spoons of peanut butter -smooth or crunchy) and 2 tea spoons of coconut oil)
πŸ‘‰πŸΌMelt in the second bowl in microwave (Careful not to burn. Mixture should be melted )
πŸ‘‰πŸΌAdd the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Mix together. (If you need to add little more milk to make it sticky, add more )
πŸ‘‰πŸΌGive it a good stir and should look sticky)
πŸ‘‰πŸΌPlace in a lined 9” by 9” square tin and bake on 160 for 15 mins
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Take out & let cool. Drizzle dark chocolate melted chocolate is optional😍
