We all bloat! Eating too much, eating foods containing onions or garlic (gases), too much dairy, or too much gassy pop are just some that will lead to bloating.

HERE'S MY TOP TIPS OF HOW I REDUCE BLOATING:

  • Keep your sodium intake low opt for fresh food over processed. For example, fresh turkey breast will have less sodium than processed, packaged turkey. I never add salt to my food!

  • Limit your alcohol intake. Stick to less sugary drinks like Gin and Vodka if you have too.

  • Focus on foods that are whole grain and natural. E.g brown rice, brown pasta, grains, natural liquorice, almond butter, rice cakes.

  • Get 8-10 hours sleep. Lifestyle can affect bloating, so make sure you get enough sleep so your body can digest your food.

  • Drink 2-4 litres of water everyday. Add 2-3 multi vitamins tablets or lemons/limes🍋

  • Personally I lay off pasta completely, oats before bed (or at all) and fizzy pops if I have too. This is my biggest bloater.
