£22.50 per session for 45mins

Training with me by your side, you'll always have somebody to rely on. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, improve performance or to love what you see in the mirror, I’m the girl who will get you there! 

I’m here to provide you with the drive and motivation to jump those barriers and surprise yourself with your own potential!

I am overly keen on providing bespoke training and nutritional guidance with the 4 MONTHS TO A FITTER YOU! programme! This starts with 1-6 weeks of training, whilst following a 6-week personalised Cycle 1.0 nutrition plan! I recommend 2-3 sessions per week to provide the best results! 

Prices for the 6 week 1-1 training programme:

Only £22.50 per session - Works out £270 ( 2 sessions a week for 6 weeks). Custom meal plan is £25. Total is £295 for 12 sessions and meal plan. You can pay just £147.50, for 3 weeks and another 3 (split)

6 week packages include: 

- Cardio fitness & strength level test
- Tailored nutrition plan
- Rapid fat loss and lean muscle gain
- Weekly check-ins
- Constant support via text/email
- FREE workout guide to do in outside time

I’m flexible during the week, so if your rota changes weekly, we can book 2 weeks in advance. Your sessions don’t need to be the same time/day every week.
