What's in the programmes?

Yes, all of us ladies admit, if someone says our booty looks big in our jeans, we do hope for a yes! My BUBBLE BUTT Programme has never been so simple! Each workout during the 6 weeks is presented in an easy to read eBook format, meaning you can follow on your phone and get started the very next day!

The program begins with circuit training, incorporating cardio and strength exercises with smaller challenges, and then challenges you with increased weights throughout the weeks.

For the gym guide, the last 2 weeks includes resistance training, using gym machines, with detailed step by step images to demonstrate. This allows your body to build muscle and progress!

You will receive detailed tips on keeping motivated, and a planning table to structure your days. A glossary of each exercise is also included to ensure you have a clear understanding of form, and perfect technique.

My Clean and Lean Healthy Eating Plan includes healthy and delicious, filling meals and snacks. It details my top tips and supplement suggestions. If you eat moderately healthy, or just need that helping hand to start seeing some awesome results, my C&L plan gives you 6 weeks of mine, and my clients all-time favourite slimming recipes!

It is also accompanied with vegetarian substitutions and dairy free/gluten free option for those with dietary restrictions.
